It’s been a year of enormous adaptation for the social sector. We have all learnt so much about ourselves and our organisations and have made countless changes to how we work. At the same time, stark inequalities and deep divisions have been laid bare, making the work we have ahead ever more pressing.

To help you respond to these challenges, we are offering social leaders the opportunity to reboot their thinking, share concerns, dreams and practical solutions for repairing and thriving through this next period.

The Repair, refresh, reboot workshop will take place online on Tuesday 27 April, 11-12noon.

The workshop will bring together a small group of leaders with important social change work ahead. It will give you the chance to examine the manageable steps you can take now to revitalise and refresh your organisation.

We are offering four tailored discussions focusing on: reconnecting with your purpose; governance; equality, diversity and inclusion; and partnership and collaborative working. We are limiting numbers in each group to give you the chance to access the expertise of the Lucent team and to draw on the expertise of others from across the social sector.
