Inception
We start by supporting you to define the objectives of your learning journey and considering who should be involved.
Interviews or focus groups help us better understand your current practices, where they are working and where the next stretch is.
Learning workshops
We deliver structured, purposeful workshops online or in-person to help you create a common map of the issues you are facing and potential ways forward. We know that change is the result of multiple factors so we help you you define your contribution to that change. As you hit your stride, we support you to use our tools and use them on a regular basis to identify and make immediate changes to your ways of working.
Peer support and action learning sets
We can advise on the set up of peer support mechanisms. This could range from an agenda for quick team check ins, a buddy system to help check on progress and share tips and tricks among peers to more structured action learning sets.
